- Dishwasher loaded and run (hand washing may be extra)
- Small appliances wiped down
- Counter tops
- Microwave inside
- Sink scoured
- Table and chairs dusted/wiped down
- Floors swept and washed
- Trash emptied
Bathroom
- Tub/ Shower inside tile and glass doors (no shower curtains)
- Cabinet fronts
- Counter tops
- Toilet disinfected
- Sink scoured and fixtures shined
- Mirrors

Living Room/ Family Room
