Trained Staff

People take for granted that everyone knows how to clean; this is a common misconception. Employees at Sparkle Queen are trained for a minimum probation period. Training involves an orientation to our companies policies and procedures, studying a written manual, learning about our cleaning products, learning about special surfaces such as marble, granite and wood floors and finally, working alongside a trainer and undergoing a period of supervision. Our training is also ongoing with regular safety and training meetings.
