People take for granted that everyone knows how to clean; this is a common misconception. Employees at Sparkle Queen are trained for a minimum probation period. Training involves an orientation to our companies policies and procedures, studying a written manual, learning about our cleaning products, learning about special surfaces such as marble, granite and wood floors and finally, working alongside a trainer and undergoing a period of supervision. Our training is also ongoing with regular safety and training meetings.   

 

Sparkle Queen believes that communication is essential to good relationships and good service. Our office is easily reached by telephone or by email. Your specifics will be gone over point by point with your cleaning team to ensure your complete satisfaction. On site your team has one staff member that can communicate  in English about any cleaning specifics.
